Biotech Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Biosciences Account Manager to join our team at Lifelancer. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing biotech accounts in London and driving growth in our Biosciences portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the biotech industry
- Foster and nurture strong relationships with a diverse range of customers, including protein, cell and molecular biology companies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of sales strategies and initiatives
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Successfully manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts
- Conduct market research to determine customer needs and preferences
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers
- Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the life sciences industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
