Curriculum Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Primary Teacher to join our team as a Curriculum Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fantastic school that is dedicated to nurturing well-rounded, confident children equipped for their future.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our academic yet creative, topic-based curriculum. You will work closely with our teaching staff to ensure that our students receive a high-quality education that prepares them for success in all areas of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a curriculum that is engaging, challenging, and relevant to our students' needs
  • Work closely with teaching staff to ensure effective curriculum delivery and assessment
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other school leaders to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • QTS and a strong academic record
  • Experience of teaching and leading in a primary school setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for education and a commitment to improving outcomes for all students
