Curriculum Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Lead to join our team at Wayman Education. As a Curriculum Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the academic direction of our primary school and ensuring that our students receive a high-quality education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a creative and engaging curriculum that meets the needs of our students
  • Work closely with teachers to ensure that curriculum delivery is of the highest standard
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other school leaders to ensure that the curriculum aligns with the school's overall vision and goals

Requirements:

  • QTS and a strong academic record
  • Experience of teaching and leading in a primary school setting
  • Ability to communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents
  • Passion for education and a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
