We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Governance Specialist to provide maternity cover and assist the Company Secretariat in ensuring that Clarion adheres to its legal and regulatory responsibilities while upholding the highest standards of integrity.


In this role, reporting to the Governance Team Leader, you will collaborate with the relevant chairs and directors, and engage with colleagues across the organization to ensure the timely preparation and submission of board and committee documentation, as well as the accurate recording and distribution of minutes and monitoring of action plans.

We are looking for individuals who possess a solid understanding of the company secretariat's functions. You should demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and the ability to proactively identify and address issues as they arise.


A comprehensive understanding of corporate governance practices, acquired through experience in a governance or company secretariat setting, is essential. An interest in pursuing the Company Secretary qualification from ICSA or a similar relevant qualification is also desirable.
