About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Automation Analyst to join our Custody Operations team at JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency through the effective use of data analytics and automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Data Analysis and Investigation: Conduct thorough analysis and investigation of operational data issues, identifying trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and Implement Automation Solutions: Design and implement automation solutions using tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and UiPath to streamline data quality and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with various stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure successful implementation of automation solutions and to communicate key performance indicators.
  • Develop and Maintain Reporting and Metrics: Develop and maintain reporting and metrics to track the effectiveness of automation solutions and to identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Support Business Growth Initiatives: Support business growth initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.
Requirements
  • Custody Product and Process Knowledge: Strong knowledge of custody products and processes, including trade transaction lifecycle, cash management, FX, and asset servicing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, and other AI/ML tools, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior stakeholders and team members.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business needs and develop solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Custody Operations Experience: Experience working in custody operations, with a strong understanding of custody products and processes.
  • AI/ML Experience: Experience working with AI/ML tools, including Alteryx, Tableau, and UiPath.
  • Business Degree or Industry-Recognized Training: A business degree or industry-recognized training in a related field, such as data analytics or business process improvement.
