Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Kitchen Manager

  • Executing the culinary vision to meet company standards and surpass guest expectations
  • Managing all aspects of food inventory, including ordering, receiving, stock assessment, and waste management
  • Assisting the Head Chef in maintaining kitchen operations and stepping in during their absence
  • Training and mentoring kitchen staff to help them realize their potential
