Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers in stores across your territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in stores across your territory
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to customers and internal/external stakeholders
  • Meet daily/weekly distribution, availability, and visibility targets
  • Utilize data and insights to drive sales growth and optimize sales strategies
  • Negotiate increased space and maintain incremental displays
  • Maximize brand awareness and educate customers on new product opportunities
Requirements
  • Experience within FMCG, retail, or a sales environment is preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven selling skills and commercial acumen, along with being self-motivated and determined
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Travel 90-100%
