Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the CAMHS team, including creating and maintaining up-to-date computerized patient records and recall systems.
- Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and other stakeholders, applying discretion and empathy where necessary.
- Assist in the production of high-quality documentation, using Microsoft Word and SystmOne, including confidential letters and reports.
- Liaise with clients, professional staff, and other multi-agency partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Deal with telephone enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, recording messages as per agreed systems.
- Book appointments, assessments, and groups/clinics in line with contracted requirements.
