Position Overview
Are you seeking a role in the hospitality sector that offers flexible hours without evening shifts?
The Café is on the lookout for a Culinary Support Team Member to become part of our welcoming crew during an exciting phase for the café, which is now integrated into the broader Lakeland organization.
As a Culinary Support Team Member, you will oversee your designated area within our bustling kitchen. This includes managing inventory, placing orders, and assisting with food preparation. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the kitchen's cleanliness and ensuring it meets our high standards.
Work Schedule
Full Time – 37 hours per week. Your shifts will be scheduled between 0700 and 1700, including some weekends, but you will not be required to work evenings.
Candidate Profile
Previous experience in a similar position is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a vibrant personality, a positive attitude, and be an excellent collaborator.
While baking skills are a plus, they are not mandatory.
