Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Executive to join our team at Freightserve. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying potential clients and building relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Contact potential clients to present our company and its services.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our costing structure and budgeted sales revenue.
  • Support the Sales department by communicating important feedback from customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers on a daily basis.

Requirements:

  • Administrative or sales background.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Well-versed in IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Industry experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Strong and creative mindset with a drive for business growth.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
