Key Responsibilities:
- Engage professionally with both internal and external stakeholders, including Local Authorities, DWP, individuals we support, and their families through various communication channels to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Accurately complete all necessary documentation from the DWP and Local Authorities, adhering to strict timelines.
- Manage the weekly BACS payment process, including daily bank statement downloads, uploads to the company system, manual or automated cash allocation, and regular account reconciliations to ensure precision while addressing any discrepancies.
- Oversee the administration, reconciliation, and auditing of corporate credit cards in accordance with established expenditure guidelines.
- Promptly notify all changes in circumstances and ensure timely action on all benefit reassessments and charges.
- Create, maintain, and close corporate appointee accounts, serving as a primary contact to swiftly resolve any banking-related inquiries.
- Assist the Benefits Manager in onboarding new team members through the acquisition process, collaborating with the Integration Team, Operations Manager, and relevant services to ensure a seamless transition for the individuals we support.
- Ensure that personal money requests for non-appointees receive approval in line with the Schedule of Authority and compliance with all company policies.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Benefits Manager.
