Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at our East Grinstead office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting customer infrastructures for multiple clients across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Handle escalated calls from our IT Help Desk
- Understand a client's IT infrastructure and make changes safely and effectively to meet their business goals
- Manage relationships with third parties for any escalated tickets
- Keep operational documentation up to date
- Research, recommend, and plan infrastructure systems
- Travel to client sites in the region when needed
- A strong desire and focus on continued improvements and personal development
- A desire to be part of an overall team and achieve team goals
- Strong communication skills, including liaising with organization leaders and stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a logical manner
- Able to manage projects and manage risks

- Full driving license
- Delivering multiple IT Infrastructure change projects in a Microsoft-based operating environment
- Cloud services such as Microsoft 365, operating and delivering modern workplace services and tools
- Virtual Apps and Desktops (Citrix, Microsoft)
- Microsoft Exchange (any supported versions)
- Virtualisation knowledge - Hyper-v, XenServer, VMware
- Local and area networking
- VoIP systems
- Working for an established MSP
