Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Unit Director to lead our Engine Department and drive business growth through Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Private Distributor (PD) networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive engine business growth
  • Manage department operations, ensuring smooth running and development
  • Represent the company in interactions with OEMs, PDs, and industry organizations
  • Manage special projects as requested by senior management

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of commercial experience in the engine or related product businesses
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in French, German, or Italian is preferred but not essential
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy
  • Willingness to travel internationally frequently, with extensive travel across Europe and occasional global travel

About You: As a Senior Business Unit Director, you will be a strategic leader with a strong track record of driving business growth and developing high-performing teams. You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
