About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Cleaning Operative at Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our corporate real estate and property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities
- Operate a variety of cleaning equipment and machinery
- Perform manual handling activities and lift heavy equipment
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience is desired, but not essential
- Naturally friendly and able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and organize own time
- Reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
