Digital Content Manager

We are seeking a skilled Web and Communications Officer to manage the day-to-day delivery of the Museum of Natural History website. This is a critical role within the Public Engagement department, responsible for communicating a wide range of information, campaigns, and projects to diverse audiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing e-communications, including internal and external e-newsletters, and ensuring the website is up-to-date and accessible to all users.
About You
We are looking for an excellent communicator with the ability to write engaging content for different audiences, while working within editorial guidelines and policies. An interest in natural history and heritage is desirable, but not essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web accessibility standards and be able to work independently to manage the website's upkeep.
