Job Title: Regional Property Surveyor

Mobile Broadband Network Ltd (MBNL) is seeking a skilled Regional Property Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our Property and Legal Department, you will play a crucial role in the estate management and implementation of property and planning strategies across our network.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day estate management in their allocated sites, providing pragmatic and prudent advice to third parties, and supporting internal and external stakeholders in Acquisition, Legal Deployment, and Transmission functions.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in property management, surveying, or a related field. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

As a Regional Property Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting internal and external stakeholders in Acquisition, Legal Deployment, and Transmission functions
  • Providing pragmatic and prudent advice to third parties to ensure the cost-effective implementation of site acquisition
  • Managing the day-to-day estate management in their allocated sites
  • Providing support to Shareholders, Suppliers, and Contractors in the implementation of ECC reform
