Automotive Sales Specialist

We are seeking a driven and skilled Automotive Sales Specialist to enhance our client's dealership operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively pursue new clientele through outreach efforts, promotional events, and product showcases.
- Effectively manage and monitor sales leads.
- Establish and nurture robust customer relationships through consistent communication regarding products, events, and special offers, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional service to encourage referrals and build customer loyalty.
- Demonstrates strong organizational and planning capabilities.
- Possesses a solid work ethic and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Exhibits high attention to detail.
- Can meet tight deadlines and respond adeptly to market fluctuations.
- Previous experience in a primary dealership setting is preferred.
- Base Salary: £18,000 with an OTE of £55,000, including a company vehicle.
- Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 18:00/18:30 with one weekday off.
- Saturday: 08:30 - 17:00.
- Sunday: 10:00 - 16:00 (1 in 3 rota).
