Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and skilled Automotive Sales Specialist to enhance our sales team at HCP Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively pursue new clientele through outreach initiatives, promotional events, and product unveilings.
  • Oversee and manage sales leads effectively.
  • Establish and nurture robust customer relationships through consistent communication regarding products, events, and promotional offers, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional service to encourage referrals and build customer loyalty.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Possesses a solid work ethic and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Exhibits meticulous attention to detail.
  • Has the ability to meet stringent deadlines and respond promptly to market fluctuations.
  • Previous experience in a primary dealership setting is preferred.
Compensation Package
  • Base Salary: £18,000 with an OTE of £55,000, plus a company vehicle.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 18:00/18:30 with a weekday off; Saturday, 08:30 - 17:00; Sunday, 10:00 - 16:00 (1 in 3 rota).
