The RoleWe are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing product knowledge, and driving sales. You will work closely with your team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Develop product knowledge and provide recommendations to customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and trends
