About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Adecco. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations in the sales complex, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the entire sales journey.
  • Achieve qualified sales reservations and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Efficiently manage reservations through to contract exchange and legal completion.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably in New Homes or Property Sales.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Energetic, positive, and self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle sales progression.
  • IT literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, and email systems.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
