  • Mobile position covering a network of 130 buildings within close proximity.
  • A valid UK Drivers Licence is essential for transporting engineers and equipment using a company vehicle.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE
  • Salary range: £23,000 - £30,000
  • Company uniform provided
  • 20 days of annual leave plus 8 statutory holidays

ABOUT THE COMPANY

POSITION DETAILS
  • We are seeking one engineer to join our planned preventative maintenance (PPM) team, focusing on the upkeep of Air Conditioning Units; F GAS qualification is required.
  • This is a static role located on the UCL Campus, with coverage of 130 buildings all within walking distance of the site office.
  • Our engineering teams are divided into reactive maintenance, PPM, and filter services.
  • The role involves filter cleaning and maintenance of Air Handling Units (AHUs) and pumps only.
  • You will be part of a team of approximately 15 engineers on-site.
  • Responsibilities include transporting engineers and parts as needed.
