About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Talacre Beach Holiday Resort in Flintshire. This is a permanent position to work full-time hours, with a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

The successful candidate will assist the maintenance team with the upkeep of company buildings and guest accommodation, respond to and complete maintenance requests from guests on site, and assist in the completion of any renovation projects or redecoration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the maintenance team with daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks
  • Responding to and completing maintenance requests from guests on site
  • Assisting in the completion of any renovation projects or redecoration
  • Completing any planned maintenance tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous maintenance experience is preferred
  • A positive work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills is desirable
  • A driving license and the ability to drive is essential for this role due to the use of site buggies/vehicles
