We are seeking a passionate Cocktail Specialist

to become a valued member of our team on a full-time basis. This role reports directly to the Bar Manager.

Working Schedule:
Shift work

Compensation:
£24k annually + service charge
We are looking for individuals with prior experience in hotel cocktail preparation, possessing excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. A positive approach to training and development is essential, along with a commitment to providing personalized, outstanding service to our guests.

As a Cocktail Specialist, you will:
• Craft exquisite cocktails and beverages while maintaining high service standards
• Ensure the bar area and tables are consistently clean and set to the required standards
• Operate across all sections of the bar
• Prepare drinks, cocktails, and food service
• Exhibit strong menu knowledge and make informed recommendations

The Rubens at the Palace Hotel, part of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection, is a remarkable five-star establishment located in the heart of London. This splendid hotel has undergone extensive refurbishment and features 161 uniquely designed rooms and suites, along with various Food and Beverage outlets.
