- Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality, service, and efficiency.
- Sales and Customer Care: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, while ensuring exceptional customer care and quality assurance.
- Staff Management: Train, motivate, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Hygiene and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Food and Beverage Service: Oversee all aspects of food and beverage service, including menu development and inventory management.
- Reservations and Sales: Manage reservations and drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
- Financial Management: Oversee cash handling, banking, and stock management, ensuring accurate financial reporting and control.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Competitive Salary: Up to £35,000, depending on experience.
- Service Charge: Relevant service charge.
- Working Hours: 48-hour week, over 5 days, with some evening events and private hire.
