Job Title: High Level Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated High Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Remedy Education. As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with our experienced educators to support the development and implementation of engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of our students.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of experience working as a TA in an SEN setting, a relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent, and a profound understanding of behaviour management strategies. You will be responsible for supporting students with complex needs, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disabilities, and other developmental challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning and delivery of differentiated lessons that cater to individual learning styles and abilities.
  • Assist students in their personal, social, and emotional development.
  • Implement behaviour management plans to promote a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to assess students' progress and provide valuable feedback.
  • Contribute to the school's ethos of inclusivity and celebrate the unique talents of every student.
  • Build strong relationships with students and families, offering support and guidance where needed.
