The Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesperson to join our team in Aberdeen. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in sales and ideally come from a tooling and supplies or energy background, with knowledge of industrial supplies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and be the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Maintain client satisfaction by responding to and resolving customer queries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Promote our products to customers and identify opportunities for product improvements or new products by staying current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Gather feedback from clients or prospects and share it with internal teams.
  • Place purchase orders, update stock systems, and ensure administration is up to date.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences.
  • Perform additional duties as required to meet business needs.
