Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Estate Manager to lead the delivery of a mixed-use scheme in a historic city. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering all scheme aspects, including service charge and P&L budget management, contract services management, and retailer engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver full service charge and P&L budget
  • Oversee contract services management and compliance
  • Build and maintain relationships with retailers and tenants
  • Drive opportunities for engagement with key partners across the city
  • Explore sustainability opportunities for the scheme
  • Develop marketing and PR opportunities through local radio and press channels
  • Identify income opportunities and tenant mix

The successful candidate will work closely with contractor partners, management agents, and owners to drive opportunities through resourceful delivery. This is an exciting time to join the scheme on its next chapter, and we are looking for candidates with experience in Shopping Centre/Estate Operations or FM delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Shopping Centre/Estate Operations or FM delivery
  • H&S accreditation and/or strong understanding of up to date legislations/compliance
