Position Overview:
First People Solutions is in search of an experienced Roofing Operations Manager to oversee a prominent construction organization. This position entails the supervision of various roofing initiatives across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, operational efficiency, and safety protocols. You will work closely with fellow Roofing Managers and Supervisors, offering guidance and expertise to achieve successful roofing outcomes.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage and direct roofing projects from start to finish.
Participate in client meetings to gather project specifications and expectations.
Collaborate with Roofing Supervisors on project estimation and bidding processes.
Prepare comprehensive written proposals for clients.
Track project expenditures against revenue, providing monthly updates to the Board of Directors.
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations in partnership with the Health and Safety Manager.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the roofing sector, preferably with established firms.
Proficiency in steel roofing and cladding as well as single-ply membrane systems.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and IT capabilities.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
Additional Requirements:
Possession of a valid UK Driving Licence.
