About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Music Outreach Administrator to join our Music Department team at Redway HR Ltd.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Cathedral's Choral Partnerships outreach work by coordinating workshops in schools, organizing performances and events, assisting with programme publicity, monitoring finance, and collating evaluation material for impact reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate workshops in schools and assist with programme publicity

Requirements
  • Administration experience, preferably in the charitable or music industries
  • Excellent IT skills, with sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Sound knowledge of good Safeguarding practice
  • Availability to attend weekly, after-school choir rehearsals and occasional performances/events
  • Some familiarity with and appreciation of classical music
