Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of nurses in providing high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of care services, including managing resources and prioritizing tasks.
- Collaborate with senior charge nurses and other stakeholders to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and significant post-registration experience at band 5 level.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and patients.
