Job Title: HVAC Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Contracts Manager to join our team at 300 North Limited. As a key member of our M+E division, you will be responsible for managing a multi-site contract covering sites in the North West.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of M+E engineers across the sites who are responsible for the day-to-day PPM and reactive maintenance of the building facilities.
  • Manage client service delivery and contract KPIs over a number of locations.
  • Be accountable for the financial performance of the contract.
  • Develop meaningful and sustainable relationships with the client.
  • Manage all SHEQ requirements across the sites and conduct risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Manage all technical compliance across the contract.
  • Work with the operational and support teams to ensure all completion times for planned, corrective and reactive works are correctly logged and recorded within the company's asset management system.
  • Manage subcontractors and negotiate rates.
  • Drive the profitability of the contract and manage the P+L.
Requirements:
  • Technical background in HVAC.
  • Engineering management experience.
  • Experience of using a CAFM system and managing KPIs.
  • P&O / Financial experience.
