About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Howdens Joinery Co. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with our trade customers, identifying opportunities for growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade customers to identify upselling opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Provide valuable administrative support to the depot, collaborating closely with Kitchen Sales Designers and Territory Sales Representatives to assist in arranging appointments and fuel lead generation.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
