Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or Level 3) or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience working with children in an educational context.
  • Strong knowledge of special educational needs and effective strategies for supporting diverse learners.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • A compassionate, patient demeanor with a genuine passion for child development and education.
  • Capability to work collaboratively within a team and independently, demonstrating a proactive and positive approach.
