Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking Educational Support Assistants with diverse levels of experience to fill several roles. The successful candidates will:

Facilitate Classroom Engagement: Support the classroom teacher in executing stimulating and effective lessons tailored to the unique needs of each student.

Individualized Learning Support: Offer one-on-one or small group assistance to students, guiding them to reach their educational objectives.

Behavioral Support: Implement and uphold positive behavior management techniques to ensure a safe and productive learning atmosphere.

Individual Education Plans (IEPs): Aid in the creation and execution of IEPs, ensuring personalized support for each student.

Effective Communication: Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents, maintaining clear and open communication channels.

Continuous Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the field of SEN education.

Qualifications and Experience:
Level 2 Educational Support Assistants: Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning, along with some experience in an educational environment.

Level 3 Educational Support Assistants: Advanced qualifications like a Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning, with substantial experience working with children with special educational needs.

Senior Educational Support Assistants: Extensive experience in SEN education, relevant higher-level qualifications, and the capability to lead and mentor fellow staff members.
