We are seeking a skilled Brake Press Setter to join our team at our West Bromwich facility. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting and operating press brakes and ancillary equipment to produce high-quality metal parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set and operate press brakes and ancillary equipment to produce metal parts at the correct rate.
  • Ensure the quality of the parts produced meets our high standards.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality-related records.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by following all health and safety procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes to drive improvements in all aspects of the role.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of press brake setting and operation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Drive to meet targets safely and maintain required quality standards.
  • Adherence to and promotion of our core values and standards.
