About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Restaurant Assistant to join our team at The Shanklin Hotel, Isle of Wight. As a Restaurant Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serving Hotel Guests: You will be responsible for serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner to our hotel guests, ensuring that every guest receives a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Customer Service: You will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: You will be responsible for preparing and presenting food to the highest standards, ensuring that every dish is presented in a visually appealing way.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, including the kitchen, dining area, and service stations.
