Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Alfa Leisureplex Group. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, working closely with our chefs to prepare and serve high-quality meals to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Support the chefs in food preparation, plating, and presentation.
  • Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes.
  • Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
