About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Change Specialist to join our GL close and Governance team at Aviva. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering assigned business change impacting Finance, specifically General Ledger, Finance Data Hub for UK GI Ireland and HealthCare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver assigned business change impacting Finance, specifically General Ledger, Finance Data Hub for UK GI Ireland and HealthCare.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process efficiencies and improvements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and finance teams.
  • Provide analytical and problem-solving skills to support the delivery of business change.
  • Work closely with the GL close and Governance team to ensure seamless delivery of business change.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering change in a dynamic environment, including exposure to Agile methods.
  • Customer focus and responding to the needs of our end customers.
  • Detailed knowledge of systems and data that can be transferred to finance environment.
  • Demonstrate ability to identify and implement process efficiencies and improvements.
  • Strong experience, either in a finance function or environment where business analysis skills are demonstrated, including risk and control awareness.
