Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our payment solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality payment solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive a strategy for growth and roadmaps for customer-facing payment solutions.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure payment solutions are integrated into the development roadmap.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for enhancements and improvements.
  • Ensure system compliance with PCI standards and maintain ongoing enhancements and updates to maintain compliance.
  • Manage escalations from the wider team regarding payment processing.

Requirements:

  • Experienced product manager with a background in online payment solutions.
  • Experience working with product management, sales, marketing, technical support, development, finance, operations, and other stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of payment compliance and working with 3rd parties.
  • Demonstrable experience of engaging with customers and prioritizing their needs.
  • Disciplined management ability, with a focus on process, quality, and setting expectations.
