**Job Summary**
Minerva Appointments is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Principal Infrastructure Engineer to join our client's Civil Engineering team in Bristol. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering a range of infrastructure projects, from £1m to £100m in value, across various sectors.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and deliver infrastructure projects, including highways, drainage, and S38 and S278 works, from concept to completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Lead and mentor junior staff, providing technical guidance and support.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver projects that meet their expectations.
- Prepare designs, specifications, and technical reports, and provide site supervision as required.
**Requirements**
- Relevant degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, and professional qualification to CEng MICE or equivalent.
- Proven experience in commercial management, including change control and project delivery.
- Strong technical knowledge of highways and drainage infrastructure, including flood risk assessment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Autotrack, KeySign, KeyLines, and MicroDrainage.
