About the Role

We are seeking a talented Food Quality Specialist to join our team at Haven, a leading holiday resort operator in Great Britain. As a Food Quality Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the exceptional quality of our food and beverage offerings, which are a key part of our guests' holiday experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day quality and safety of food and drink products across all 38 of our holiday parks, including the development and implementation of product specifications and recipes.
  • Collaborate with our buying teams to ensure compliance with food safety, legality, and quality standards, and to support the development of new products and menus.
  • Conduct supplier audits and risk assessments to ensure the quality and safety of our suppliers' products.
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve supplier performance and address any quality or safety issues.
  • Provide reports and updates to key stakeholders, including procurement, food development, and operations teams.
