About the Role:
The Analytical Technologist will be based in our Central Laboratory facility, supporting our customers and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. As part of our Chemistry team, you'll be responsible for analyzing products, intermediates, and raw materials associated with soft drinks manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine analysis of products and ingredients used within Britvic Soft Drinks.
- Perform analysis and reporting for shelf life studies, consumer complaints, raw material, and formulation approvals.
- Carry out scheduled calibrations and quality control checks to ensure laboratory compliance with internal, external standards, and relevant accreditation bodies.
- Provide support with laboratory health and safety operations, performing COSHH assessments and supporting risk assessments.
Requirements:
We're looking for a skilled professional with a degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience in an analytical laboratory. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality results and contributing to a dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you.
