Employability Skills Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employability Tutor to join our team at LT Selection. As an Employability Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective adult education courses, providing support and guidance to learners, and assessing and evaluating student progress.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality adult education courses that meet the needs of learners.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to learners to help them achieve their goals.
- Assess and evaluate learner progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and improve the learning experience.
- Relevant teaching qualifications (e.g. PGCE, CertEd, A1, TAQA, D32/D33).
- At least one year of experience in delivering Level 1 and Level 2 courses in Construction, Health and Social Care, or Digital.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of adult education principles and practices.
