Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Transition Architect to join our team at Airbus Defence and Space. As a key member of our Operations Solutions Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful transition of our solutions to customers, driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective change management strategies to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with customer and business requirements.
  • Design and deliver tailored training programs to equip customers with the necessary skills and knowledge to maximize the benefits of our solutions.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs and develop targeted solutions to address their specific pain points and challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
About You:
  • Proven expertise in service transition, organizational change management, and business transformation.
  • Strong understanding of military satellite communication systems and operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
