Defence Career Transition Opportunity

MBDA is committed to supporting the transition of service personnel into the civilian workforce. Our Military Transition Scheme (MTS) provides a unique opportunity for current service members to gain valuable work experience and develop their skills in a defence-related environment.

Key Benefits
  • In-depth work experience: Participants will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced teams and gain a deeper understanding of the defence sector.
  • Networking: Participants will have the chance to build relationships with key business people and attend regular networking events.
  • Mentors: Participants will be assigned a mentor to provide guidance and support throughout their placement.
  • Setting up for success: Participants will have access to internal department managers to discuss opportunities and understand how their skills align.
Eligibility

To be eligible for the MTS, applicants must be current service members in the last 12 months of their service. Participants will need to be able to complete the placement whilst in their Resettlement period.
