Role Overview

The Senior Client Success Manager / Financial Analyst (French Speaking) position is a pivotal, hands-on technical role focused on guiding customers through our platform, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes. This role requires a robust understanding of investment products and technical skills to assist clients in maximizing their use of the Sesame platform. The position is consultative and integral to our clients' success, necessitating patience and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to a diverse clientele. Additionally, as product development accelerates, the individual in this role will need to stay informed about new features and apply this knowledge during client onboarding and ongoing support. Understanding client use cases and needs for new technology or features will also be essential for effective communication in the product development process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure the successful onboarding of new clients, from implementation through to daily platform usage, collaborating with Implementation, Product, and Data Teams throughout various phases.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of investment products and confidently discuss performance and analytics related to our Sesame platform.
  • Identify and address platform issues, inconsistencies, or root causes preventing clients from optimizing their experience, communicating these to the relevant technical teams for prompt resolution.
  • Analyze client feedback and platform usage to draw insights about product utilization and potential needs for enhancements to improve customer experience.
  • Contribute to a new and expanding team, with the opportunity to influence and establish a customer satisfaction framework, setting high standards for service.
  • Engage proactively with clients, identifying and advocating for new partnership opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience in technical analysis of financial products or consultative account management involving financial products with a technical focus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial analysis.
  • Experience in wealth or asset management, or consulting for financial services-related businesses.
  • Demonstrated project management, retention, and cross-selling skills.
  • Exceptional listening skills with the ability to anticipate client needs.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Fluency in both English and French; proficiency in any additional European language is advantageous.
