Position Summary

MHA is seeking a dedicated administrator with a proactive mindset to enhance our national recruitment operations. We provide a vibrant and engaging workplace alongside a knowledgeable and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in various recruitment activities and candidate evaluations.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Manage the uploading of CVs and interview documentation onto the recruitment platform.
  • Advertise job openings on both internal and external job boards.
  • Keep recruitment email accounts organized and current.
  • Support the Early Careers team during student orientation events.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to student intake.
  • Foster positive relationships with hiring managers.
  • Manage scheduling for interviews as required.
  • Participate in recruitment events.
  • Coordinate student recruitment initiatives that highlight our graduate and A-level opportunities.
  • Represent MHA at various student recruitment functions.
  • Assist the recruitment team with national projects.
  • Help the Early Careers Team in organizing assessment centers.

Additional Administrative Support

  • Provide further administrative assistance to the broader recruitment team as necessary.
  • Perform any other general administrative duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills.
