Job Title: Production Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer to join our team at Hewett Recruitment | BCorp®. As a Production Engineer, you will play a crucial role in defining production processes, reviewing existing processes, and driving continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage manufacturing projects from initial concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with the operations and engineering teams to implement lean methodology across all production processes.
  • Conduct value stream mapping and process mapping to identify areas for improvement and optimize production efficiency.
  • Lead technical engineering meetings and provide feedback to ensure alignment with company goals.

Requirements:
