About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers in the NHS, veterinary, and dental industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell a portfolio of imaging equipment, including ultrasound, MRI, and CT scanners, endoscope repairs, parts, and more.
  • Nurture key clinical and commercial relationships within hospitals, dental, and veterinary practices.
  • Typically liaise with clinicians, radiographers, radiologists, procurement, and finance contacts.
  • Split between new business development (50%) and account management (50%) of the time.
  • Client-facing and field-based a minimum of 3 days per week across the territory.

BMS Performance is a leading diagnostic imaging equipment and service provider in Europe. We have a real focus on empowering medical professionals to make smarter purchasing decisions without sacrificing patient care by offering new and fully refurbished quality diagnostic imaging products and services for top brands.

What We Offer

  • Basic salary: £40,000-£50,000 (DOE)
  • Commission: up to £40,000 uncapped
  • Car allowance: £500pcm
  • 25 days holiday + stats

Requirements

We are ideally looking for candidates with experience of selling imaging or technical capital equipment into the NHS. We will also consider candidates with a clinical background as radiographers/sonographers looking for a commercial sales role. Full product training will be provided, and career and earning prospects within the company are superb.
