  • Proven track record of implementing HR strategy focused on performance management and employee engagement.
  • Stakeholder management experience, providing advice and support to senior managers.
  • Ability to drive change, handle difficult situations positively, and challenge appropriately.
  • Strong commercial acumen, integrity, and personal credibility.
What We Offer:

You will work Monday to Friday, from 08.30 to 17.00, with up to a one-hour unpaid lunch break. The position is based at the Head Office in Tamworth.
